NOVAPURO TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General This website (www.novapuro.com) is operated by Novapuro (Business ID: 2949044-5). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Novapuro. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

3. Products and Pricing Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Euros (€).

  • VAT: Prices include the applicable Finnish Value Added Tax (VAT 25.5%) for customers within the EU.

  • International Orders: For orders outside the EU, you are responsible for any applicable local taxes or customs duties. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

4. Orders and Contract Formation A binding contract is formed once Novapuro has sent you an order confirmation via email. It is your responsibility to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Payments We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments (Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and other trusted third-party providers. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

  • If you choose to pay via Paytrail (Finnish online banks), Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment facilitator in cooperation with Finnish banks.

6. Shipping and Delivery We ship internationally.

  • Made-to-Order: Please note that our "Original Collection" items are made on demand. Production and shipping typically take 1-3 weeks depending on your location.

  • Delays: Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events. For detailed shipping rates and times, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds Our return policy lasts 14 days. Because our products are printed on demand to reduce waste, we generally do not accept returns for "buyer's remorse" or wrong size selection unless the item is defective.

  • Defective Items: We will always replace or refund damaged or misprinted items.

8. Limitation of Liability Novapuro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the service or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any product posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

9. Intellectual Property All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Novapuro or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

10. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be settled primarily by negotiation, or secondarily at the District Court of Länsi-Uusimaa, Finland.
